[雙色發糕食譜]
材料: 清水 - 340毫升 幼糖 - 140克 玉米油 - 70毫升 自發麵粉 - 350克 發粉 - 1 1/2 茶匙 食用紅色素 - 幾滴 食用黃色素 - 幾滴
備註: 水滾後,大火蒸20分鐘 (必需要大火哦)

Ingredients: Water - 340ml Caster sugar - 140g Corn oil - 70ml Self raising flour - 350g Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp Edible red coloring - few drops Edible yellow coloring - few drops
Remarks: Once water boils, steam for 20 minutes over HIGH HEAT (HIGH HEAT IS A MUST)
